Doll Amigurumi Pattern

If you have a small child at home, you might recognize Blippi, from his viral educational videos on YouTube! My 4 year old son, Hans, was so obsessed that I made him a Blippi doll for a Christmas gift and it was the hit of his holiday! Hans is never far away from his Blippi doll, and even sleeps with him every night! (Plus his beloved monkey that I made him when he was a baby, he calls them his Night Guardians *love*)

My youngest son Quin, is now 2.5 and is also obsessing hard over Blippi’s silly/educational videos. The Blippi doll envy was very real, so I decided to make him a doll as well. Quin was close by, and supervised all Blippi making activities.

Quin, being extremely patient.

I have received so many messages, asking me about this pattern and if it would be coming to life. I figured while I was making Quin’s doll, I would write up this free pattern so hopefully your little one will enjoy it too!

Not to mention, our world is going through a terrifying time! (Am I right?) I am hoping that this doll will help with the isolation and anxiety that we all are dealing with, and add some smiles to you and your babes faces!

Please let me know if you have any questions! I am here to help you!

Confession time – I did not have this pattern tested, so if you find a silly mistake, don’t be afraid to let me know! Happy crocheting my talented friends!

Please don’t forget to tag me on Instagram! I love to see your work!
